I find myself in a situation where the Kindred of the Tri-Cities might not truly appreciate.
As a resident of Council Bluffs it seems that I do not know my neighbors.
With the recent slaughter of those in power there is a sinkhole which is waiting to be filled.
Yet I know not the faces that of the Acknolwedged and the Unacknowledged within the domain.
I have met few of you and am informed that between our domain there is a mere twenty Kindred.
I fear for the future of the entire domain should unsavory characters find their way into the Bluffs.
And so I ask humbly for a census of the Kindred in Czar Spectre's domain so as to avoid the faux pas of accidentally destroying a valued member of the city.
However, a name alone can only suggest so much. If possible, a photograph or description would be good as well. Mistaken identities are after all, still mistakes.
