Greetings Kindred of the Tri-Cities,
These recent nights have found stability in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa under the admired Czar Derrick Spectre of the Tri-Cities. The act of overseeing the three cities too small to support themselves independently but a force to be reckoned with when under the guidance of one individual has been tried before but not achieved until now. In the short amount of time Czar Spectre has made progress in a variety of arenas and for that I am most grateful, as should all of you. Kindred of quality from other domains are beginning to notice us in a more positive light than his predecessors, not an easy task mind you.
This forum shall be a public place where the information fitting for you eyes and ears shall be presented for all the Kindred to see. Remember, it is not my job to mind your manners but it is my job to report scandalous, shameful or unbecoming behavior and some of you have done so recently-you know who you are and consider it an act of good-will that your name is not listed for past transgressions. However, future offenses may cause reference to unbecoming behavior of nights gone by. If you conduct yourself in behavior not befitting to one's station in our society you have no one to blame but yourself. Conduct yourself in a courteous and appropriate manner and others will speak of you in a positive light and will earn yourself the respect of others.
One request, made a second time, those who have not made an appointment with me to discuss your standing within the cities and any debts owed to yourself or you to another that you wish to be recorded will have until the end of our next gathering. I am willing to sacrifice some of my precious time with you to ensure you are presented within our society with the reputation you deserve. However, failure to do this could result in little more than acknowledgment by myself and your peers-regardless of who you are.
I am looking forward to seeing all of you at the Daeva Masquerade Ball presented by the fair Nadya Fairchild Demidov Kometskya.
