So that there is no confusion, the positions of the Court of the Three Cities of Omaha, Lincoln, and Council Bluffs are as follows:

My Herald is Lotus. When she addresses the domain, it is as if I addressed the domain. (ooc: Status 4 effectively)

My Harpy is Miss Anna NicQuinn. She is faultless in her perceptions of our society (ooc: Effective Status 5)

The Primogen of the Three Cities are:

Omaha: Sariel James (Status 4)
Lincoln: Phillip Masters (Status 2)
Council Bluffs: Viscount Janos Kerensky (Status 4)

My Sheriff/Hound will be determined by the actions of the candidates. Until the position is chosen, it will be filled by
Nadya Fairchild Demidov Kometskya, Marcus, and Mister Anthony Williams.

The Keeper of Elysium will be determined by nomination of the kindred in each city and a decision by the Primogen Council.

Last, but never least, in recognition for his wisdom and service to the city, I have requested that Henry take an advisory position next to Sariel James on matters of a spiritual nature. He is to be respected for what he has accomplished (ooc: Status 4)

To the Kindred of the Three-Cities,

I have spoken briefly with Primogen Philip Masters and others of Lincoln. We have come to the conclusion that Doctor Terrence Faraday will be the nomination of Lincoln for the position of Keeper based on the following qualifications:

He has remained in the city of Lincoln for nearly four decades and is well connected with the Nebraska Universities of Omaha, Lincoln and Kearney. His academic and research assistants contribute to his knowledge of the mortal comings and goings of both Omaha and Lincoln to avoid unnecessary conflicts between the two societies.

A well-educated, pleasant, and social man; he has attended and hosted social events throughout the cities. Doctor Faraday has contacts among the various art galleries, social halls, museums and theaters-including the Rococo and Lied Center in Lincoln. His personal friends and allies allow him to establish a safe, secure, comfortable and functional location within considerably short notice.

Doctor Faraday is a staunch believer in the traditions and upholding the peace that one expects when attending gatherings. To help ensure this occurs, even in his absence, he has a history of maintaining good relationships with the Sheriff, Hounds and Heralds.

As to the time of this, I personally, ask that as the one who sees to omaha, when prince Spectre is not around that the canidates speak to me at least privately. i'd rather gauge before putting my backing to any point. this I speak and leave in thought and such to anyone, please enjoy the time we all have.

Second note, I am in need of someone who can do bronzing on kindred. I have a most intresting idea to deal with the three illegtimate childern of the nosfuratu that caused so many problems.

The illegitimate children of the one known as the babymaker are under my protection until further order. If they are found, they are to be brought to me for interrogation. Staked, if necessary.

They will not be bronzed and held aloft like some trophy for the city to see. We should not delight in the torment of those unfortunate enough to find themselves damned by no fault of their own. It is our own actions that should condemn us, not those of another.

If there are any objections to this, you may bring it up to your regent who will see me privately about this.

What you have in your possession is believed to be three illegitimate grand-childer or at the very least allies of one of the childe of the baby-maker. Unfortunately their sire didn't make it, such is life among the damned who deserve it-he was a leech on mortal society before he was turned and heading toward the lethal injection anyway.

I have a question here is an idea from looking outside of the box. Why not have two Sheriffs/ Acting Hounds. One for one half of the domain, and the other on the other half so more area is patrolled and more of your territory is protected my Czar by myself and Marcus sense I was informed Anthony withdrew.
