Hey guys might I make some suggestions.
If our DC is able to front some money from the account, I can call around and get us the Willard Community center for the 14th and the 21st if you like.
My suggestion is we try out a new site for June and see if it works out for our 3 venues in Lincoln.
14th being requiem at 5 Pm as usual.
21st Noon-5 Mage
21st 6- 11 Changeling
or flip these two times
21st Noon-5 changeling
2st 6-11 Mage

I'm not sure what our coffers look like, but it sounds like a good idea. We're always on the hunt for new game sites.
Have you checked prices yet Isaac?
My own $0.02 says we should book one date (depending on price) and see how it goes before we book another. If we have a small draw and nobody pitches in for the site we don't want to be committed to another go at it.
Jessye & Chelle are good places to start when it comes to coordinating game sites. If you don't have their phone numbers I can give yours to one of them if you'd like. Just hit me back and let me know.

Last time I checked 25 bucks for 4 hours per room was the rate. Making 50 bucks doable for all day if necessary. I was in discussions about getting a deal back in January as we were looking into new sites back then. If we used it frequently the rates would decrease more with 50 dollars for both rooms for all day if we wanted. This is as about a cheap and fairly spacious, semi-private, and a non-residence as I have found so far.
Since no Cam members in Lincoln are single without kids and no roommates, with a 4 bedroom house with a finished basement, I thought this our best alternative.
