Kindred of the State of Nebraska,
It has come to my attention, and has been discussed at length with most of you, that Sariel St. James has acted not only rashly, but out of his own self-interests as of late. Not to mention the "minor" detail of multiple breaches of the Masquerade.
That being said, as of this day forward, Brother Cyrax has undergone the anointing rite and shall now fulfill the duties of Bishop within the city of Omaha.
And Brother Sariel, before you raise the stink that I'm sure you will about my not having the authority to do such...I don't need it. I have the support of the Sanctified of Nebraska, and the majority of the members of the Kindred Society of Nebraska...which is something that you are severely lacking.
Congratulations Bishop Cyrax. May you prove to the masses and to God and the Dark Prophet that you are the best predator for the duties assigned unto you.
