- The Regional On-Time Incentive is *part of* the total prestige that you are awarded. The 5r is not "extra" or "on top of" the prestige that you received. Thus if I award you 40g and you are eligible for the Regional On-Time Incentive, that 40g is converted into 35g+5r by the RC.
- This means that if you are awarded 40g on this report by me, after the NC-RC report comes out I will subtract 5g from your prestige total and also list the 5r that you are received. See example below.

NOTE regarding Regional On-Time Incentive reporting:
- The Regional On-Time Incentive is *part of* the total prestige that you are awarded. The 5r is not "extra" or "on top of" the prestige that you received. Thus if I award you 40g and you are eligible for the Regional On-Time Incentive, that 40g is converted into 35g+5r by the RC.
- This means that if you are awarded 40g on this report by me, after the NC-RC report comes out I will subtract 5g from your prestige total and also list the 5r that you are received. See example below.
