Uner the Nex Lex support for Phoenix as Councilor

I wish to lodge my public support as a member of AC/DC for my cabal mate Phoenix to be named as Councilor so that a Hierach may be chosen under the new Lex Magica we are to adopt.

I hope he accepts such a support as he deserves it for his continued wisdom he has brought to our city.
