The Changeling VSS has been approved! Luke Peterson is your ST for the next three months, at which point there will be an election to determine who will be the elected ST.
Some of you had already put up characters and some apps for approvals. I went into the database and moved your characters to the new VSS, and they are now awaiting Luke's acceptance of the characters onto the VSS.
I'll be communicating with him about what we are going to do for approvals in lieu of an actual addendum being released. Still, for the initial sessions, you shouldn't need much more than your concept, name, virture, vice and types.
