As of this morning I will have to AVST's.
Aaron Cox is AVST Rules and Combat. His primary job is to assist at games with the math and mechanics related to combat and combat magic. He will not be handling plot.
Jason Haynes is AVST Misc. He will have various projects as needed.
I will still be handling downtimes at apmagevst@gmail.com.
With regards to the current audits there are some issues I have noticed almost universally.
a) Approval numbers: when for overcap XP should be noted on the XP log next to the award, this makes it easier to verify.
b) Spent XP and Earned XP should be noted on seperate lines of the log even if they were approved on the same day. again this makes it easier to verify incase there are problems later.
There are still several players who have not responded to the audit yet, so just a reminder all PC's are on hold from RP until they have been audited. Once you are cleared you can RP normally on IRC, Email, and travel. XP will be awared based on downtimes and communication with the ST since we are not having games so that I may conduct the audit.
