Hey guys, I wanted to get a good feel for the Venue and wanted to put my new PC right into the thick of things when I get him on.
I'm looking for background ties if anyone is interested. Mysterium/Ascanthus follower of the Norse ways.
Plus I wanted to have a background mesh with what is already in play now.

Moros Mysterium, head in the area, censor in training and also has been noted for studying different religons and training Mysterium, accanthus mostly.

Both of these would be great! I will barring family emergency again will make the Mage game in Lincoln this Saturday .If you both could come early I'd like to discuss some possibilites for ties as my PC is from the area, but has been away for a while.

Well I plan on my first mage game being Sunday July 1st. (We are having a mage game that day, right? I'm not crazy am I?) And I have been trying to flesh out my concept a bit more as well. So far I know I am playing a Mastigos Onieromancer (dream Mage). I was leaning towards guardians of the Veil for a bit, and still think I am unless someone hits me with a convincing argument against it. Also I wasn't planning on making this PC 'from NE' as there's only so much room for that sort of thing and I don't wanna F*** with the continuity. If anyone wants to shoot some Ideas my way or make some connections just let me know.

Isaac and Don,
My character, Verdhandi (ok if the name itself didn't scream Norse to begin with, the spelling is different for a reason IF you can tell than your one step ahead of most folks) is Mysterium Mastigos and a publicly practicing Asatru. She entered the area almost 1 1/2 years ago from NYC and is a licensed psychologist. I won't go into her whole history but if this is something the two of you, or anyone, wants BG tie-ins I'm all for that.

LOL lately Verd seems to attract Acanthus or Thyrsus to her and a common conception is that she's too uptight for her own good so maybe his "free-spiritedness" will be a good thing for her, who knows ;-). Legacies pending global BTW yeah go me watch for another two months...ahem anyway, yeah its custom.
Isaac, I'm going to be down in Lincoln early Friday and most of the weekend if you want to get together to talk about magey stuff. Rown should come by her place sometime and spend time in her backyard where her hallow is, might find it interesting.

have a new PC in the area who is perma proxied...you may want to get with him ofor possible ties...PC just awoke to the Acanthus path and is looking to join the mysterium...*giggles*...so yeah...possible you two met once or twice a a dig somewhere?

A dig or a P-A-R-T-Y.... if he rocks out as much as ROwn does maybe we got into a mosh pit at a concert or got drunk together.. we'll hang either way..
