After several attempts to get ahold of a copy of the Lex Magica for the area I have been denied through negligence of the parties who responded.

Several months I have been within your city observing your practices and the reactions to events. I have shown up when called to the Consilium and responded to every call-to-aid that I have had knowledge of and yet the smallest of courtesies has not been extended in return.

No cabal has offered membership.
No time has been offered for Oblations in any of the available Hallows nor tass or the ability to draw mana from any of the Consilium's resources.

I consider this behaviour to be a slight and am declaring myself unbeholden to the Lex Magica until such a time that it is presented for the benefit of my reading.

I am considering the following acts to be declarations of hostility and will react with equivocal fervor unless prior consent has been given:

• Approaching my immediate vincinity.
  
• Scrying upon any place where I am present.
  
• Any method of altering or dispelling magical effects I have cast.
  
• Targetting myself directly or indirectly with spells which have the capability of causing harm financially, emotionally, or physically.
  
• Scrutinizing my aura or the resonance of spells I have cast.
  
• Destruction of artifacts which I possess.
  
• Entering my house or place of business while I am absent from it.
  

I realize that these are extreme and seem unnecessary to some of you and I respect the wishes of any who choose not to interact with me while this decree is in effect. Know that I do not wish to call war with the other Awakened and if these bounaries are overstepped you shall be warned before any action is taken against you.

I realize now that I have not helped you out much. I do have to say though, untill now, I've not known how to get ahold of you either. I have a question. Yes, no one has offered you any of the things above mentioned. ...but have you asked either? It maybe more of a case that people were or are not aware that you are in need of these things.

I have asked several times. Mandorla offered a copy of the Lex Magica, but did not deliver it. We made arrangements and met. After a discussion of what I saw as lack of security and follow-through within the Consilium he apologized and promised to get me a copy as soon as possible. That was in the beginning of October.

Arkos said that she would look into getting me a copy the third week in October. Every time the Lex Magica was mentioned in my presence I have asked to see it or for a copy to reference.

I would also like to point out that you have reached me on several occasions through these boards. If there was a desire to contact me it would have been rewarded.

However, these are my concerns and this is how I am choosing to handle the situation.

After reading through the Lex Magica I am not sure whether to be relieved or reviled. There are several items which I would speak on, but I am to understand I have no such opportunity. One thing was made painfully obvious. Lone practitioners cannot claim membership.

Membership is only offered to cabals with between 3 and 6 members - and not to individual magi. It further states that those who are not members of the Consilium do not have the protection stipulated in the Lex Magica.

This places me in a situation where I am quite literally forced out of any recourse should a member of the Consilium wish to do me ill -only- to react with my own means while they are given the run of the three cities.

So Mortemor, while you continue to judge on high as a Councilor, and attempt to goad me into declaring myself a valid target for destruction I am not ruled by the baser impulses to give into your manipulations.

Why you are so adamant towards the reincarnation of my soul is beyond the scope of my understanding. I have done you no wrong yet you foam at the mouth with the mention of the opportunity to take my life.

The decision stands. My domain has been clearly outlined and a simple courtesy of advance warning is all that I am asking.

to justify you with a reply would be a foul hardy situation since an arguement across here would be nothin more then a waist of time. You are stuck in your thoughts of how you wish to see things change. If you read the lex, then you know theres a stipulation to do that.. Talk to your Guardian on the council and find out what you can be done. Otherwise all you are is a great deal of hot hair blowing, and I'm tired of listening to it.
