This is to make public what I know of what happened.
We found 5 newly awakened.
One of which is a mastigos named Jacob he is the one I found. Jacob is unhappy with his home life and I am seeking a way through the court system to have him removed from their custody so he can learn our ways and until we find out he can control his powers he needs to be under supervision so as not to be a breach of the veil.
If you could each post here what happened with the newly awakened souls you collected that would be greatly appreciated.
Tenebrous killed one of the newly awakened (this loss saddens me) who was last seen with phoenix and arkos, we have a cover story and alibis set up for our people. (ooc I have a down time set up to find out the situations with the other newly awakened, i would have posted that information here but alas story tellers have lives) Any information anyone has about tenebrous...interactions, history even visions or dreams needs to be communicated to the council.
Tenebrous said he would leave for a month and at the end of that month we would return to the consilium house to do battle with him he does not want Schrodinger to be present. He provided us with a book that he said contained the means to his demise. He also said that he would match us one for one with combatants. He looked tired and I feel the weight of murder weighs heavy on his soul and he is using us as a way to commit suicide.
I have infiltrated the Humanes society and animal control they do not think anything supernatural is happening with the dogs. I feel we may need to supply them with a mundane ravenous dog in case of further attacks and to explain the ones that have already occurred.
I have asked Mortimer to post on these forums the information we have on our societies history. We must be informed of our traditions and history. Those who do not study history are doomed to repeat it.
I would like reports from every Glyph carrying member of their interactions with other societies. If I do not receive said reports within 2 weeks time I will seek to remove said Glyph status.
I have asked the herald Verhandi to compile a list of the concilium members and their current status. This is to include any student teacher relationships.
I have asked arkos to do a follow up investigation on the murder of the awakened soul and to find out what that persons family is going through. I would like to take up a collection for the family...any volunteers to head this up?
We will be facing crisis situations for the entirety of our lives and we need to understand how to operate in these conditions in a clear and concise manner. We have a command structure and we need to follow it. Please remember your status in the concilium and respond accordingly. This is not an attempt to silence those of our society who have not yet had an opportunity to prove themselves to the concilium but a recognition of the weight of the words of those who have. If you are primarily a scholar and have spent more time with dusty tomes than in action supporting the concilium please send the council your research and your status will be altered accordingly. If anyone feels they need help in operating in crisis situations, I will assist them.
To the Masters within our society, I would like a rotating steal of classes discussing our particular methods of dealing with the supernal these will occur weekly and be held at the concilium house. Please contact me if you would like to teach these classes. They will be opened to the newly awakened, because if we don't help them who will? Also if anyone feels they have a particular field of expertise they would like to share and have not yet attained the rank of master feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do.
If there is anything that is happening with you personally that needs to be addressed by the council speak now so it doesn't bite us in the ass later.
