Ok...I got a room for ICC today. They did manage to have a double bed room left available, so lucky us!
ICC is from October 26-October 29 (Thursday-Sunday). The total room cost is $407.97 after taxes for those 4 days ($89.00 a night at 14.6% tax).
All that being said, if the military releases me to go, I can carry 4 (including me) and I have crash space for 4 (officially
)
If they don't let me go, I can give the reservation up to someone else who might go. Either way, we have one room secured at least.
So the questions are who's interested in going, who needs rides, who needs crash space, and who else besides me might be willing to drive in case they say I can't go?
