Either way, as the days pass we come closer and closer to the winter months. This means that local homeless shelters and food banks are going to need to stock up on the things that allow them to continue their respective missions of mercy.
To help them along the way, for the next month (or two...or really as long as you guys want to keep doing it) we're having a canned food drive. Non-perishible, clearly labelled, and mmm...good! Anything you can donate to help our area charities would be appreciated.
You can drop the stuff off to either me or Jessye, at game or outside (assuming you can find us!). Also, if you feel like making a donation yourself, go to any area homeless shelter/food bank and donate there (don't forget to get a receipt as proof!).
