With ICC coming up, I have decided to take August and do a full audit of all the charcaters in the mage venue. So there will be NO games that month for the mage venue and ALL character will be on hold beginning August 1 until I have completed an audit on the characters. I will need two hard copies of each sheet, to include an updated XP log so that I can properly complete the audit. Once I have your audit(s) completed you character will be released for play.
"but it's on the database" does not count as handing me two hard copies.
The timing of this audit is designed to assist this domain in getting ready for ICC so that we are not rushing to get all our characters ready for the convention at one time and thus creating mistakes that could be avoided.
