November 17th will be our regularly scheduled Omaha Requiem game. The site still needs to be determined, but it will start at 8 pm, and continue until the roleplay dictates otherwise (ST discretion).
At 5 pm, prior to the Requiem game, there will be a domain meeting. Subjects to be discussed include, but are not limited to communication, game sites, the FGotM, fund raising, memberships, and it will be a chance to talk a little bit about the DST election (although questions and comments should be currently ongoing). The site for this is still to be determined, but you will know at least 48 (hopefully 72) hrs in advance.
As a reminder, if there is an issue you wish brought up at the domain meeting, you may e-mail, write, or do anything you need to do to get the issue to the meeting, even if you won't be there. There will be a secretary at the meeting, and the minutes will be kept orderly and posted immediately following the game that evening.
If you attend the meeting, please come prepared for frank, honest, but adult discussion and conversation.
