1) What direction do we want the domain to go in terms of
recruitment, game style and scheduling?
2) Charity Events and Socials...we should probably have more.
3) Questions for the ST/Coordinator staff --This one is a good one
to think about as any question that we can't handle on a local level
can probably be asked to a RST type or higher over a beer at ICC.
4) The Wiki! We wanted it. We got it. Now what do you want to do
about it. Jason needs feedback from everyone as to what to put on
the page. It can look blank (as it does now) if you want it to, or
we can decide to make it something truly special.
5) Game of the Month is upcoming and we're going to need dedicated
help.
6) What do we each need to do to make this domain a shining
(positive) example of what a small group can do?
7) What concerns do you have and how can we best address them.
When thinking about these, also remember that it helps to identify a
problem, but it helps ten times more to also identify solutions.
