Hey guys, I also posted this to the ooc site, but just to make sure everyone who wants to go hears about it --

I'm going to be skating in the upcoming derby bout here in Omaha on Sunday, June 24th. It's a new girl bout between the newest Omaha Rollergirls and the Mid Iowa Rollers from Oskaloosa, IA. It's called the Fresh Meat BBQ and there *will* be a tailgate BBQ before the bout with a dunk tank and other silly stuff.

You can get into the BBQ for 5 bucks at 5:00pm - - Doors open for the bout at 6:30pm - - Tickets to the bout are 8 bucks at the door or 6 bucks if you buy them from me or another Rollergirl.

As a side note, Don, we do have lots of people bring their kids to our bouts and it is *generally* a family-okay environment. The only rule with that is no one under the age of 12 can sit in the front row because often when the girls crash, we end up in the laps of the patrons on the track!!
