ICC Hotel Rooms

Ok guys here's the deal...I got two rooms booked for us at the ICC hotel...and we got lucky, had I waited any longer we wouldn't be in the ICC room block, they are so close to being sold out I can not gaurentee what bed types (kings or doubles) or room type (smoking or non-smoking) because the room block is that closed to be sold out (and presumable so is the hotel). I have requested connecting (adjoining) non-smoking rooms, but can not promise I'll get them. Our rooms are confirmed, but we are reserved under what is called run of the house...that means we get what is available at check in. I can call a little closer to the con and find out what room types I have.

That being said, if you want your own room...in the Cam room block CALL NOW do not wait, you can always cancel or transfer your reservation later if you can't go. If you do want into one of the rooms I was able to reserve I will need cash up front to pay for them when I check in.

Anyway I thought I'd pass that on...

Do we have a head count of who is going, and if I pay for the room, yet spend more of my time in ....um....someone else's room, is there a refund option?

No head count as of yet...but I heard the room block was selling out fast so I made the reservations now while I was thinking about it...because I remember Kelly saying she wouldn't be able to expand the room block this year because the hotel would sell out that weekend.

As for the room/money situation we can work something out...
