Ok, so I'm getting back, I think, late Sunday night (29 April). I get to turn around and prepare to go on leave to see my parents and get a much needed vacation to SERE...because Okinawa just isn't enough paradise for me.  But, I also feel the need to get absolutely blasted with some of my friends in celebration of the month that was, and the two months to come (if you haven't heard, I get to deploy again in June, because I'm just that good.) So I'd like to call for a good old social of some sort. I'll bring the sake (at least one bottle of it  ), but we need to know where and when, and if anyone is even interested. I've missed people a lot, and would like to get some interaction before I have to do this all again a month and a half later. Also, Memorial Day is coming up. That screams burgers and fire. Thoughts? |

Hi Tim,
Glad to hear your coming back. I've only got to meet you a few times, but based on that I can't wait to hang out with you again. Angel and I would be willing to offer up our place if anyone wants to have a cook out. We've got 2 good sized grills and a patio, and I love to cook. If the social is at some other place thats cool too, I'm definately interested in an opportunity to chill with everyone and getting to know you all.

Nothing goes better with alcohol than the nearly charred dead flesh of a cow! I could definitely go for that. We can arrange rides for Lincoln people too, once Trevor gets realigned.
Oh, and I'm back Sunday at about 5:15 PM. After almost 24 hours of travel. *whimper, sigh*

Well I ussually have saturday's off...in fact, let me grab my schedule...
Okay I am back ... lets see I am off the 3rd thru 6th for my B-day then after that I have every saturday and monday off until the last week of may...if you guys want something for more of a weekday or something let me know, I have a few nights during the week that I get off at a reasonable time. And I can always do some trading at work if you guys need something more specific.
Also everyone is invited ... I have yet to meet anyone I don't like here and I have a 'more the merrier' policy. I love to cook as well, and anyone who has not had my meat in there mouth is missing out.
So I guess just let me know...we could throw together some kinda RSVP list with an 'I will bring blah' so we can get a head count and see what is needed. Also any dietary restrictions would be good to know so we can accomodate anyone in those categories...
