Hi! My name is C.J. Menard. I used to play in the Monterey, CA game, but, being military, now I'm in Bellevue. I haven't played since June, and I was debating whether or not to play anymore, but I got the itch again...so I looked up the game here, and I can't wait to get back. So I figured I'd just drop in and say hello. I realize that I still have to wait a while before I can play again since everyone except for me is going to ICC...boo...but oh well. So, once again, hello everyone, can't wait to get back in there.

My name is Luke Peterson. I am going to be attending ICC, but we have several players who will not be travelling to Milwaukee with us.
I believe all of the Storytelling Staff will be there, but a handful of our players are staying behind.

Well CJ, I just noticed it says you're from Bellevue. We have a LOT of players from the area. Bellevue has a fairly decent gaming hub. Ben has an oWoD Vampire: The Masquerade LARP every other Friday. (The next game is November 3rd) Gabe runs Deadlands TableTop on Tuesdays at the Game Shoppe. Sam runs Shadowrun TableTop on Thursdays at the Game Shoppe. VTES (Vampire the Eternal Struggle card game) runs on Tuesdays at the Game Shoppe and Fridays at Ground Zero. There is also a ton of miniature gaming available. Warhammer 40K, WARMACHINE & Hordes, D&D Minis, Star Wars, you name it. The Game Shoppe is a great resource for gaming here in town. Im Jason one of the other Military folks around here who plays, dont worry about not going to ICC this year (next year if you plan for the leave is even closer) and I know I wont be going depending on when my son is born and all that I may just decide to do an impromptu gathering (Ild call it a social but there would be no Coordinator presense). But anyways welcome to the domain. Hope you enjoy,

From some of us up in omaha, welcome and I hope we can help ya have some fun. As to ICC, yes, I'll see what I can drag back for part of the mage venue or otherwise. But welcome to our screwed up little nitch of the universe. Right was gonna say something meaningful or awe inspiring but I'm running on McDonald's orange jucie and little sleep, so YEAH! i'm glad I'm an artist. anyway, welcome to ashen plains.

Welcome to Ashen Plains CJ, hope you enjoy your stay here. There are many wonderful people around where you are right now and I spend alot of time in Bellevue with Luke and Chris and Ben, Tim and Jason.They are good people. I have sent you a letter in your email as well that you should get I dont know if you have because I havent heard from you but it has alot of information on it for you that will be really helpful. Do you have a email you wish subscribed to the Omaha OOC list? I can contact the listmod and you can have updates as well for games etc.
