I would like to state that I feel it is a lack of respect for the storyteller when they are giving pre, post and in game descriptions or information and people are not listening and or talking during the time they need all of our attentions. Your conversation is not that important and it can wait, If you are having personal issues that need to be addressed right then I would appreciate it if you excused yourself from the gaming area so we can listen to the storyteller.

What is it about STORY that has the power to enchant, disarm, engage, delight, touch and transform? I will tell you..Stories come in all sizes and shapes, in various forms and genres, each with its unique blend of personality. Proper storytelling etiquette requires giving credit to sources and respecting the storyteller enough to finish their sentances. If you miss something that is normally because you weren't listening and speaking with someone else, or out right being disrespectful and interupting the Storytellers while they are trying to do the scene descriptions so you now dont have a feel for the clues around you and understand the STORY that is being created by the Storyteller and yourself. This will make life for everyone move smoother as well because you wont have to kill a really good scene for everyone else because you have to beg the storyteller for a recap instead of roleplaying with someone to get the information you missed out on. There will be times we dont know everything and we will have to depend on each other, so please enjoy yourself at games and remember the Storytellers do this for free, and are Storytellers in are domain work hard. Always remember, you have seen domains outside of this one. The issues we have are trival compared to somethings we see when we travel.
Thank you for your time, and thank you for your post Chris.
