hey guys,
was just talking to scott and had an idea. How about a domain meeting before/Character Prep party before ICC.
This would do two things..
1) we could figure out who is definetly going to ICC and arrange rides/car pools/caravan information.
2) it could be a one stop for all the players and ST's to get sheets signed and stuff before leaving.
any ideas? who interested? not interested?

I was kinda hoping we'd do this, but given the fact that we're going to have 3 elections ongoing at once, we might want to wait for the dust to clear.
Other than that, it would be a good idea, I think.

well, I got talked into it.. you guys can thank Tim at least..
on the mage side of things, Yes, according to schedule I have 2 games before ICC. Mostly due to the fact that te first sunday isn't in the First REAL weekend, but it works out all good. so heres what I'm doing, the 3rd sunday will be your regular mage game and fun.
the 4h Saturday (would be weekend before ICC) will be.. Lets get everything ready to rumble for ICC Mage Day. AKA, Bring an extra sheet, maybe a soda or something, (kinda pot luck it some place or such) and expect maybe some soft rp. i'll give Xp out for the game, AND I'll audit and sign everything I need to sign over.
If it comes down to it, I will also be entering the sheets into a laptop, IF kilara will let me so I can put it on a jump drive so we can have the copies at ICC. also, I'll be giving out Equipment cards then. right then, Everyone, welcome to what we call, a good time. That'll cover the Mage Side of things.

Well, I suppose I could let you use my laptop...considering this is the first I've heard about it and you still havn't asked you goof. How would we print the sheets when we are at ICC though? Or you just want to be able to look at them there?
I feel like such a tool. HA!

Oddly enough, as a ton of cam members have laptops, there are usually ways to print. Either the OOC/IC registration can let you use theirs, or the hotel. The other option is if it's on an excel sheet (or some such nonsense) you can upload it to the CRD or Approvals database and print it out via the hotel or the previously mentioned OOC/IC folks.
The important thing is to get the data there.

Actualy Aaron,
Looking at the calender, the thrid Saturday is the weekend before ICC, which follows the third sunday simply because the first sunday is the first of the month.
So I'm guess that the schedule for mage would look something like this?
Regular Game on October 15 (the 3rd Sunday)
Soft RP/Get ready for ICC October October 21st (the 3rd Saturday)
is that right?
