We returned from the scouting without much information at finding the thing involved. However, we did find that the wolf blood scent is in greater concentration out east and turned back when we got to a point where it was overwhelming.
Other news I have, I am looking into further information from the ones who live there, but Kansas City is South and East of us and apparently there is something there called the Eater of Souls. It is something that may well scare the spirits there, and I am looking into people who can answer some questions. It may be related to our problem here or not at all, but I am going to gather what information I can on it. This city is 3 hours away from us and their problems have the potential to be our problems in the future. Best to be prepared.
