It's that time people... This is the official call for applications for anyone intending to run for the Requiem VST position. If you think you want to lead us through the next year of blood-sucking monstrosity struggling against heart-wrenching humanity, step right up! Applications should be sent to dstomaha@gmail.com. Repeat DO NOT reply to this address. Send all applications to the DST account. They should include at a minimum: - Name, Cam-Number, and reliable contact information (e-mail or phone) - Relevant Cam and Non-Cam experience - A short "Why I would be good to run the venue" paragraph - Vision for the venue for the next year
Applications will be accepted until September 3. After that, I will post the applications for a review and question and answer period of two weeks (ending September 17). The voting will then occur during a two week period ending October 1. On October 2, you will know who the VST for the next year will be.
Application eligibility and voter eligibilty can be found in the Membership Handbook. Any questions can be cleared up by writing to the DST account.
As a final aside, as if other communications were not important, it is very important to get this information out to anyone in the domain who may not be on this list. Please take this offline to them.

All, The applications have been posted. As you see, we have three candidates for the position of VST. They are John Floerke, Jessica Howell, and Don Hughes. The next two weeks are a period to review the applications and ask any questions you want of the VST candidates. This period will last for two weeks, and voting will begin after that. Please ensure you take this time to think about your selection for VST and weigh the pros and cons of each candidate. Remember that only members with an active primary character on this VSS may vote for its VST. Voting instructions are found in the Membership Handbook, and I will be posting them again as a reminder when the voting period starts. Please ensure the widest dissemination of these applications so all members can see them.
Thanks,
