WHile doing some research into an incident that occured last night I found some interesting things going on in other parts of the country that we may want to keep and eye open for. It seems that someone or soemthing is using an astrological occurence to mess with two specific groups of kindred, and in the process the powers of the blood have been effected.
Please be careful about how and when you use your powers as they have been manifesting in others who would not normally have them or do not know them at the same time they are used. just to make an example...I shift to an animal form, it is possible for a non-gangrel in the room to shift to the same animal form at the same time I do even though they do not have this ability naturally and have not learned to do so.
so please be very careful about what you do and when.
