Kindred of the Tri-Cities,
By now all know of the events that occured on the First of July, and of the vacancy that was left amongst the court due to these events. Many have heard the Wise and Noble Czar of our city speak on tradition, and of what is required of the cities next Keeper of Elysium. The position of Keeper of Elysium is not just a title of prestige within our society, it is a position of responsibility. A good Keeper controls every aspect of Elysium. A good keeper ensures that the traditional expectations of such a place are met, or even exceeded. A good Keeper is willing to place their Requiem and Morality on the line in order to insure the continued Sanctity of the Cities Elysium. It is a heavy burden.
With that being said I offer my services to the Czar of our fine City as a Keeper of Elysium. Though I may not have won the entirety of the Tr-Cities over with a friendly face or Kind word, none can deny my strict adherance to traditional ideals. I know what must be done to insure the sanctity of Elysium, and more importantly I know the price of failure.
