Czar Spectre, Seneschal Ch'hya and the Sanctified,
Bishop Angelique Spencer will be paying our fair Parish a visit next Monday. She is coming to assist in Covenant business. Any questions to her before that time may be conveyed through me, as by a unanimous decision by the Sanctified present at our last Gather, I have been chosen to lead our Covenant in this critical "reformation".
